Kid's Food Pyramid

Young children ages 2 to 6 have their own Food Guide Pyramid. Place your cursor in each section to find out how many servings kids are supposed to eat per day.

Eating a variety of foods is healthful. The children around the pyramid are playing and doing active things to show the importance of physical activity.
