One-Mile Walk Test

 
To determine Cardiorespiratory Fitness Levels:
 
Find your age group and your heart rate. Now read across to the times listed in columns A and B.
 

Moderate: 
If your time is between the times in columns A and B, you have a moderate Fitness level
 

Low: 
If your time is the same or greater than column A, you have a low Fitness level.
 

High: 
If your time is the same or less than column B, you have a high Fitness level.
